Welcome to the World of Antler Basket Artistry

My name is Steve Pauloski and I am the originator and designer of the “Ready-To-Weave"  Antler Basket.

This unique basket, in which the antler and weaving materials become "one", is so beautiful and easy to weave that you literally have to “weave it to believe it”.

My concept originated from both my background as an experienced basket weaver, and in talking to others who shared my frustration in trying to construct a project that required measuring, drilling, gluing and/or spoking.  Of equal frustration was having purchased an expensive kit I could not (or gave up) finishing!

The innovative design and construction of our "Ready-To-Weave" basket has eliminated the shortcomings and difficulties of those previous designs because our antler basket is totally drilled, spoked, glued and shaped for you.  There are no ribs to drill, measure, cut or taper.  It makes no difference whether you have an odd or even number, because you can begin by weaving anywhere on the basket following our easy instructions.  Gone are the days of glued (or drilled) fingers, broken reed and unfinished kits!
